It was a really cold day in December 2010, when two girls woke up very early to go to the airport. They were bestfriends, and they were really happy by going to Switzerland together, without their parents!

They arrived to the airport, and they finished the check-in after half an hour. They started to run to the gate because they thought they were late. When they got there, they noticed that their flight had been delayed.

They were talking and laughing when a woman announced: "Flight 1050 to Geneve, Switzerland". They were the first ones to get on the plane and got the best seats!

While they were waiting for the departure, they started to make plans of where to go. They couldn't stand the excitement!

When they heard the flight attendants saying to everyone "please, fasten your seatbelt", and "sir, keep your bag under your seat", the two girls realized that the departure was near.

A few minutes later, the airplane took off. A few seconds, and they were already flying. "Look through the window, it seems like a little people's world!" one said; "Oh my god, we're inside a cloud!", the other one said. They were really excited. That would be the best trip ever.

Then, the worst thing happened: they started to hear strange noises. Everyone looked to each other, with fear in their eyes. The two girls were really afraid.

The noises continued and the airplane started shaking. They were holding hands and trying to keep calm. The crew captain said to everyone: "Please, fasten your seatbelts and don't move".

Fifteen minutes later, it stopped. The captain said "everything is fine, we just passed an area of turbulence. Enjoy the rest of your flight".

The two bestfriends smiled to each other in relief. They couldn't explain how reliefed they were.

They kept talking and enjoying the view. But it got even better when the airplane arrived at a snow-covered white city...
